MindSolve Technologies today announced that it has received a positive rating in the recently-released Gartner MarketScope for Employee Performance Management (EPM) Software, 2005.
Gartner states that a positive rating of a vendor demonstrates strength in specific areas, but is largely opportunistic. Customers should continue incremental investments, and potential clients should put this vendor on a shortlist of tactical alternatives.
The report points out the benefits to organizations of current best-practice employee performance management: Studies have shown that business performance improves when there are strong EPM practices, and EPM software is an important enabler of those practices. Gartner analyst and author James Holincheck also calls attention in the MarketScope report to new developments in the field, such as the trend toward integration of EPM and corporate performance management.
MindSolveís MVP software enables companies to better execute their strategies through improved employee performance management -- from the top desk to every desktop in the organization -- by aligning corporate and individual goals, by accurately measuring results and linking pay to performance, and by implementing talent and succession planning for better workforce management. Earlier this year, MindSolve advanced the integration of EPM and corporate performance management through a technology partnership with Hyperion Solutions. The two companies have brought the first combined balanced scorecard and Employee Performance Management software solution to market, specifically intended to help companies align employee performance with their strategic goals.
Itís tough for companies to differentiate between potential suppliers in such a crowded market. Along with our strategic focus and depth of functionality, weíre pleased to have our fixed-price turnkey administration approach identified, says Jeff Lyons, MindSolveís Chief Client Officer. MindSolveís inclusive pricing covers all required system administration through a single point of contact -- including implementation, data upload/download, customized roll-out and reporting, and all MindSolve software upgrades.
Tom Oliff, MindSolveís VP of Sales & Marketing, points out that we develop our MVP system using advanced technologies that allow us to easily handle integration with other systems, as well as eliminate hidden charges that typically increase implementation costs for this type of employee performance management system.
With our MVP software, clients can focus on executing their human capital business strategies with the confidence that they will be up and running on time and within budget, says Oliff.
MindSolve will exhibit its latest innovations at the HR Technology Conference and Exposition in Chicago on October 19 ñ 21.
The MarketScope report, compiled by Gartner Research Vice President James Holincheck, compares 26 employee performance management (EPM) software vendors who occupy one of the fastest-growing segments of the human capital management software market. Ratings were based on product functionality, affordability, scalability, references, viability, market momentum, and vision.
