Sao Paulo-based Central de Propaganda, with a 17-year track record in recruitment and marketing communications, is the latest agency to join the network.

Key facts were shared on two emerging markets. Hong Kong-based Chris Plowman, Hodes Regional Agency Director, Asia Pacific, shared his insights on the current recruitment status in China. Martin Mayer, Managing Director, Iventa Management Consulting GmbH, focused on recruitment in Eastern Europe.
On the second day of the meeting, Annette Merritt Cummings, Hodes Director of Diversity Services, introduced Deb Dagit, Executive Director of Diversity & Work Environment, Merck. Ms. Dagit shared her insights on global diversity and suggested global companies craft a diversity mission and then ask their in-country business leaders to enhance ownership, cultural appropriateness and accountability for agreed upon objectives.
Recently, The Bernard Hodes Network invited HR leaders to participate in their global survey on employer branding (http://hodes.com/globalsurvey/en/). The survey, offered in four languages, is live and open to senior HR professionals over the next quarter.
