London Firm Ranked Amongst Top in Europe

Partners Group, a London based, niche talent management organisation, has been ranked amongst the top 500 companies in Europe due to their outstanding employment growth.

The Europe’s 500 list is Europeís only independent, pan-European listing of high growth, job-creating companies. The list has recently expanded to include new EU member states.

Since their inception in 2000, Partners Group has enjoyed phenomenal growth. Whilst based in London, Partners Group also services clients througout the UK, Europe and the States. Initially, the focus of the company was the provision of Business Technologists to the Financial Markets (through subsidiary Project Partners). Over the course of four years, another four divisions were formed to focus on different skills - such as Compliance and Risk, Finance and Accounting, Sales and Marketing ñ within defined vertical markets.

Partners Group as a whole has averaged 51% year on year financial growth since their inception. Turnover in 2004 was in excess of 22 million and anticipated turnover for 2005 stands at 38 million, helping to make Partners Group one of the fastest organically growing IT recruitment organisations in the UK. In a market that has been uncertain, Partners Group has maintained considerable growth through a dedicated focus on Business Technology, innovative recruitment and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

As partners of the Europeís 500, KPMG plan to visit the winning companies between now and the 14th October to assist in the selection of their Europe’s 500 Special Award on Excellence in Managing the Sustainable Growth and to carry out further research regarding the key drivers of successful business growth in Europe.

Partners Group will join other winners to celebrate at the 2005 Europe’s 500 Awards Gala Dinner in Barcelona on 19th November. This Gala is part of the Europe’s 500 Entrepreneurs Growth Summit.

At this prestigious dinner, Partners Group will be joined a number of other entrepreneurs from across Europe who have managed to drive growth. As a winning company, Partners Group will be individually honoured and recognised during the Awards Ceremony.

The entire list will be published as the cover story in the October edition of BusinessWeek and will also be announced on the on Friday 14 October on the Europeís 500 website.
