Investing in the future

Jessica Williams joined Partners Group as an intern in September 2004. As so many college leavers do, Jessica decided to take a gap year before going to University. On joining Partners Group she had no office experience and her aim was to get a good understanding of all of the divisions within the company.

This was an exciting prospect for Partners Group. As a company whose employees are mainly employed as graduates and one that prides itself in its people development and training this was the ultimate test.

Jessica Williams brought enthusiasm, creativity and determination to the organisation. Her year at Partners Group consisted of an array of responsibilities and duties. Jessicaís first 3 months of her placement involved her working as a researcher for Commerce Partners where she resourced candidates and conducted candidate interviews with ease. Her next challenge was to offer sales support to the Group.

The final stage of Jessicaís internship was in the groupís Marketing Department. This is where she thrived. Jessica has played an integral part in entering Partners Group into several awards. Partners Group where ecstatic with her results, these included winning the London Excellence Award for People Development as well as receiving two-finalist status at the Recruiter Awards.

Due to her success and dedication to the cause - Partners Group have offered Jessica sponsorship throughout University due to her efforts in the year. Jessica Williams will be working part time for Partners Group whilst studying English Literature at Kings University, London. Marketing Manager, Simki Shah says ìJessica has really made a difference in her time here and embraced every opportunity to learn given to her. She has been a credit to the team.î
