The Employers of Excellence is an Employer Improvement Program that is based on benchmark data research, education and peer-to-peer collaboration. It measures six different dimensions found to impact business performance through assessments created by recognized industry and academic professionals such as Saratoga PwC, EMERGE International, eePulse and The Bernard Hodes Group. Companies submitted data and were audited by an independent panel of judges. HR.com conducts the program yearly and looks forward to analyzing more companies during the next Employers of Excellence program.
