Juliet will be providing a comprehensive HR service for Taff Housing that secures their continuing success through people. Taff Housing is proud of its vision of being an ëEmployer of Choiceí and Juliet will be forwarding this through her role.
Juliet, a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, has previously worked within human resources at Newport Council, the Vale of Glamorgan Council and the United Welsh Housing Association. She now joins Taff Housing from Cardiff County Council, where she provided advice to numerous service areas which employed over 18,000 staff!
Juliet has recently implemented a partnership at work initiative which contributed to the achievement of a fifth place in the ëbest workplacesí lists for the UK.
