Jill Krumholz Joins Charleston Partners as Principal

Ms. Krumholz has more than 20 years of experience in executive search and corporate human resources. Prior to joining Charleston Partners, Ms. Krumholz was a Partner with Cornell International, a national retained executive search firm based in New York. Earlier, she was a Partner with Hayden Resources and previously managed her own executive search practice, KL Consultants. She began her executive search career with The Adler Group in New York City. Ms. Krumholz also brings the experience and insight of several years as a corporate human resources professional in talent acquisition and management training and development.

Ms. Krumholz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Pathology from City College of New York and a Master of Industrial Social Work from Fordham University. She lives in North Bergen, NJ.
