Monster appoints New UK Advertising & Communications Manager and CRM Manager

Monster UK, a unit of Monster the leading global online careers and recruitment resource, has announced the new marketing appointment of Charles Wasdell as Advertising and Communications Manager and Nicole Doran as CRM Manager. Both will report to Frances Laing, Regional Director of Marketing, Monster UK and Ireland.

ìThis is particularly important for us because it is the first time there is a special focus on both roles, said Frances Laing. Charles will be responsible for our brandís visual identity in the UK as well as for creating a consistency of Monster advertising. Nicoleís work will develop employer communications and relationship management across all key business areasî.

While Charles will handle all Advertising and Communications activity for Monster UK, Nicole will be in charge of the development of B 2 B email campaigns and all the internal reporting activity to monitor the campaignsí performance.

Charles has worked in advertising for several years and comes from Barclays Bank where he held the position of Senior Campaign Manager. Nicole Doran has extensive experience in database marketing and marketing planning and analysis, having worked at well-known telecomm companies including BT and T-Mobile.
