Hobart West and Esquire Choose VCG Staffing Software

VCG Inc, the developer of StaffSuite and WebPAS software solutions for staffing companies, and Hobart West Solutions/Esquire Solutions, both privately-held subsidiaries of The Hobart West Group, today announced a partnership to implement VCG’s StaffSuite software throughout both companies.

We needed a solution that was more configurable to our staffing business. StaffSuite will enable us to be more flexible with our dual clients ñ our candidates and our invoiced customers, said Tom Esposito, Executive Vice President of Hobart West Solutions.

StaffSuite was chosen by Hobart West to replace their current PeopleSoft solution. VCG’s premier staffing software includes a variety of unique features and functions that improve staffing business processes, such as a new contingent payroll and operational reporting feature that will enable Hobart West to reduce administrative work and create benchmark reports for their clients.

Hobart West Solutions and Esquire Solutions will also be integrating core functions of their StaffSuite staffing software with their Web site in real-time with StaffSuite WorldLink.

The StaffSuite WorldLink module gives our customers’ the ability to add job opportunities, view the status of active job openings and review their invoice summary through their browser.
