Resume Mirror, Inc today announced the release of Version 1.2 of its Enterprise Applicant Manager

Resume Mirror, Inc today announced the release of Version 1.2 of its Enterprise Applicant Manager(TM) (EAM). EAM is a hosted service that provides advanced resume data extraction and processing functionality to companies using the most commonly available candidate management systems. Utilizing Resume Mirrorís industry leading REX 3.3 as its core resume data extraction engine, EAM 1.2 offers customers a number of user interface improvements, increased resume processing accuracy, additional support for PDF format resumes and improved capabilities for system customization by the user. EAM 1.2 also offers support for the extraction of contact and other information from resumes formatted by candidates based in India.

EAM is a focused application developed specifically to work with existing ERP and ATS systems. EAM 1.2 improves the online application experience for job seekers, improves response management with candidates, reduces recruiter workloads and dramatically cuts out-sourced hardcopy resume and application processing costs. EAM also includes a resume processing plug-in for Microsoft Outlook which allows resumes received via email to be instantly parsed and the resultant data automatically entered into the customerís candidate management system. EAM has undergone extensive industry testing, is widely deployed, and is a PeopleSoft certified software module. EAM also seamlessly integrates with the human resource management modules from both SAP and Oracle.

ìEAM 1.2 is another example of Resume Mirrorís continued commitment to responding quickly to changing industry trends and customer requirements,î said Don Darrah, Vice President, Enterprise Application Services for Resume Mirror. ìWeíve addressed the growing trend towards business process outsourcing and project based staffing by adding support for Indian candidate formatted resumes, and with the additional enhancements to EAM 1.2, weíve addressed customer requirements for more configuration options and a streamlined interface. Unlike the similar solutions available in the market today, Resume Mirror continues to dedicate considerable technical, customer service and financial resources to our research and development programs in order to ensure that we remain at the forefront of providing best-in-breed software solutions for the global HR industry.î
