Last week we had the glums in the Springboard office - it felt like Autumn and the holiday period was drawing to a close. But this week itís smiles all round - itís hot, the sun is shining and weíve extended the closing date for the Awards for Excellence to 7th September giving you another week to get your entries in!
The awards really are a fantastic opportunity to showcase what a fabulous industry we work in and provide an opportunity to share some of the fantastic initiatives that you are involved in to raise the profile and perception of the industry and attract new talent.
So if you are involved in an initiative that promotes careers, attracts new people or demonstrates best employment practice then please let us know. Entering is easy - all you have to do is describe your initiative in 750 words highlighting the need it was addressing, its aims, results and evaluation. Full details can be found on the website -
