Leisurejobs Annual Sports Day Proves a Hit with Staff

Leisurejobs, the UKís number one health & leisure recruitment company, held its companies annual Sports Day on the sunny afternoon of August 23.

The twenty employees descended upon Battersea Park, London where, armed with bats and balls, they divided into two teams, ëOn-lineí and ëOff-lineí, (named after which division they worked for). On-line was skippered by Managing Director Marc Moreso and Off-line was headed-up by Operations Director Tony Wild. The teams of ten went head-to-head for competitive games of football and rounders. Off-line initially took the lead winning the football match 3-2 before On-line called the day a draw by winning the game of rounders.



Marc Moreso, Managing Director comments, ìIt was a fun afternoon intended to provide a fun team building experience whilst bringing out the friendly competitive spirit in the Leisurejobs staff ñ though of course I still feel that On-line had the edge over Off-lineÖ.!î

Recruitment Consultant Sarah McCormack comments, ìThere was a few high-spirited tackles and over-zealous attempts to knock the other team off last base but it was great and made us all pull together as a team.î
