Increasing demand for RDB pro prompts First Choice Recruitment drive

The growing popularity of RDB Pro recruitment software has prompted First Choice Software (www.rdbpro.co.uk) to further strengthen its team with the appointment of James Pitman as Account Manager, Marie Jones in Training/Support and Dan OíMara in Technical/User Support.


James Pitman joins First Choice from IT Distributor Micro-Peripherals, where as a Telesales Executive he built up an excellent customer portfolio and consistently met and exceeded set company objectives. Using his valuable skills in communication and organisation, James will help manage the software specialistís ever increasing client base.

Joining First Choice from Achiever Business Solutions, where she was Support and Test Manager, Marie Jones brings with her fifteen years of in depth experience in technical support, system testing and training for the computer industry. This will assist her in her new role of Trainee/User Support in which she will help deliver training to new users and provide assistance with customer queries on the help desk.

Further enhancing First Choiceís outstanding software support, Dan OíMara will contribute both technical and user support to clients via the helpdesk. With a BSc (Hons) in software Engineering, Dan previously worked as a Quality Assurance

Engineer for Centerprise International. His knowledge and experience of a wide range of computer systems will prove to be of great benefit to RDB Pro users.
