JobFlash, the voice in hourly recruiting, today announced the appointment of Mike Krueger as President and CEO. Co-founder and interim CEO Uday Walia will resume his role as Chief Technical Officer for the company.
ìMike brings to JobFlash impressive credentials in building great companies,î said Walia. ìWeíre thrilled to have found the ideal leader to take JobFlash to the next level.î
Prior to joining JobFlash, Krueger was the president and CEO of BuildPoint, a leading provider of on-demand software in the commercial construction market. Under his leadership the company grew its user base to 100,000 registered subcontractors and 150 general contracting firms. Krueger also has extensive experience in sales management, sales development and partner management, moving several companies from the startup stage to IPO.
ìJobFlash has predicated its success on delivering to its clients the highest quality hires,î said board of directors member Dan Levitan, the co-founder of Maveron, a Seattle-based venture-capital company. ìWe were in the enviable position of choosing from an outstanding roster of candidates with proven track records as CEOs and company builders, and the board is unanimous in its belief that we made the highest quality hire.î
The announcement comes on the heels of news that JobFlash has tripled its revenues since August 2004.
ìJobFlash has changed the recruiting game for companies that hire hourly employees,î said Krueger, who has 20 years of sales and executive management experience in high-growth software companies. ìWhat excited me the most is the loyalty of their clients, and the fact that the companyís growth is due almost exclusively to referrals. JobFlash delivers a great service at an outstanding value and is poised for explosive growth.î
