People Development UK launches training company

The People Development UK Group has launched ENTO Direct, a training company which will offer both training and NVQ qualifications to organisations throughout the UK.

To be based in Leicester, the new company will offer learners the chance to take NVQ qualifications with an organisation which is endorsed by the ENTO brand - a brand that is strongly associated with the actual setting and development of the national occupational standards.

The company has announced that it is so confident of its skills of NVQ delivery, that it is guaranteeing a 100% achievement rate - in all situations where the learner and their employer are fully committed to gaining the qualification.

Initially, ENTO Direct will be offering courses covering the A1, A2 and V1 Assessment & Verification Units and Health & Safety Unit D qualifications. These courses will be available for learners to attend at conference venues across the UK. Further development of the brand will include the provision of full NVQs in Learning and Development and Occupational Health and Safety.

Learners on the courses will be continually supported by online tutors, who will provide a response to any query within 24 hours. They will also benefit from ENTO Directís progressive attitude to assessment techniques, where assessors will use assessment methods and styles that suit the individual learner and aid the achievement of the award in a timely manner.

The launch of this new training company has led to the recruitment of a team of eight new employees, who will work across the UK. These new employees will be joined by a team of associate trainers specialising in the delivery of the awards and work-based learning provision.
