RSA, Europeís provider of resourcing services to the Life Science and Health Care sector has made 2 new appointments. Jo-Ann Lyon has joined as a Consultant in RSAís Interim Management Division based at the UK headquarters in Hatfield and Tom Winter has joined as a Principal Consultant in the Frankfurt office as member of the firmís Search & Selection Division.
Jo-Ann Lyon started her career in Sales and Account Management within the Computer Services Industry before working for a large national IT Recruitment Company .Subsequently she held the role of Operations Director for an electricity supply company and most recently as Customer Services Director in the Telecommunications sector. During her career Jo-Ann has completed a range of extensive recruitment projects and been involved in the creation of new areas of expertise in accordance with strategic plans involving high growth.
Tom has broad experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry. He is a psychologist who specialised in the fields of clinical and occupational psychology at the University of Freiburg. Tom has utilised these skills in retail, Management Consultancy and, since 1999, a global executive search company where he managed assignments in a broad range of areas including Research& Development, Technical Operations and Finance & Controlling.
