IT Recruiters Launch Annual Conference

The Recruitment and Employment Confederationís IT & Comms group is holding its first ever annual conference at the Park Lane Sheraton on the 28 September. The full day conference is open to REC and non-REC members and will bring together recruiters who specialise in permanent and contract roles in the IT and communications sector.



An impressive programme of key industry speakers includes former Government e-envoy Andrew Pinder, leading business strategist, Professor Richard Scase and Spring Group chief executive and newly elected REC chairman, Richard Barfield. There will also be presentations from a number of senior IT directors from large organisations who will share their views on the UK IT recruitment market.

REC chairman and Spring CEO, Richard Barfield, who is speaking at the event commented, This conference is the ideal opportunity for IT and Comms specialists to discuss the key issues affecting the industry such as the emergence of managed programmes and successfully tendering for large contracts.
