A La Carte appoints new recruitment consultant

Rachel Morrison (27) from Leicester has joined the team at A La Carte as a recruitment consultant.

Rachelís career to date has been focussed on the catering industry and so she already has great affinity with the needs of A La Carteís clients. A trained chef and restaurant manager, she has worked for Hilton Hotels, the Belmont House Hotel and a number of themed restaurants in Leicester.

Director Robert Vitols said: ëRachel is already proving to be a great asset to the team. We set great store by ensuring that our consultants have a thorough understanding of the needs of our clients and her background in food and beverage and in general management will stand her in good stead.í

In her spare time Rachel enjoys cooking and socialising with friends.
