Recruitment consultancy wins big name clients

RECRUITMENT consultancy Collingwood Search and Selection has picked up two major clients.

The Cheshire-based company has been working for international optical lens giant Hoya and Brakes, the leading supplier of food to the catering industry in the UK and France.

Collingwood has helped develop Hoyaís sales team from rep to senior management level, while it has recruited for Brakes in warehouse and distribution and sales.

Collingwoodís success has been partly due to its ability to provide recruitment solutions globally.

Director Doug Mackay has recruited in 13 countries in Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and China.

Collingwood specialises in a number of key sectors, including food and healthcare manufacturing, cable TV and telecommunications, warehouse and distribution and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG).

It works with companies with turnovers of between 30 million and 1.5 billion.

Doug and his team of consultants, who are based in Hartford, Cheshire, provide retained executive search and advertising led selection services to its clients.
