Time to sit back and relax as e-recruitment checks in

e-recruitment deployed across the UK, Middle East and Africa for Marriott International

i-GRasp, the European provider of integrated resourcing solutions, is delighted to announce the go-live of an e-recruitment project with Marriott International. Marriott International is a global company with 133,000 employees and 2,700 hotels in 69 countries.

The project will cover recruitment of all staff within Marriott Internationalís 82 businesses in the UK, Ireland, Middle East and Africa - there are currently 19,000 employees working within these areas.

The solution will allow HR managers to source external talent locally for key roles, and maximise the existing internal talent by posting vacancies internally.

i-GRasp Commercial Director, Luke Mckend outlined the value of the partnership for both parties:

The project was completed in three weeks, and sees the launch of a new branded careers site at www.marriottcareers.net . Originally an English-language project, further stages will include Arabic language front-ends for local candidates in the Middle East region, and graduate recruitment programmes around the region.
