This marks the second consecutive year that Deploy has won the SHRM award. In addition, Deploy was also recognized this week for the third consecutive year as a Best Place to Work in Massachusetts by the Boston Business Journal. The consistency demonstrated by consecutive years of recognition by multiple independent organizations validates Deploy as a leader in workforce management and development.
The honor was announced this week before top human resource professionals at the SHRM Annual Conference & Exposition in San Diego, California. Founded in 1948, SHRM is the worldís largest association devoted to human resource management and represents more than 185,000 members. GPTWI is a research and management consultancy that produces other Best Companies to Work for lists, including Fortuneís 100 Best Companies to Work for, which recognizes employers with 1,000 or more employees.

This marks the second year for the publication of the list, which ranks the top companies in America that have used innovative people management strategies to develop a trust between employees and management. The organizations, ranging in size from 50 to 999 employees, were announced by SHRM and selected and ranked by the Great Place to Work Institute (GPTWI) based on the results of a randomly distributed employee surveys. Each evaluated company was given a score based on employeesí responses to a detailed questionnaire about the organizationsí workplace cultures.
