Springboard awards now open for entries

The search is now on for the most innovative and exciting business initiatives implemented to attract, and retain, people in hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism. This is your unique opportunity to be rewarded for excellence in your field and to let others hear about it.
Now in their third year, the Springboard Awards for Excellence are organised in association with many prestigious industry players such as Caterer & Hotelkeeper, Travel Weekly, Caterer.com, the HCIMA, Amex and Jobcentre Plus. The awards celebrate and reward outstanding initiatives which have successfully raised the profile of the industry and its employees in one of three categories: Promoting Careers; Attracting People; and Best Employment Practice, providing the opportunity to showcase your companyís outstanding practice in addressing one of the industryís most significant issues ñ attracting and retaining people.

If you think that you have been involved in an initiative worthy of an award in any of the three categories listed, then, why not share it with us?

Nominations can be made by individuals, teams or partnerships for relevant initiatives that have achieved results over the last 12 months.
