According to the Recruitment Confidence Index which tracks recruitment intentions among UK businesses, 48% of employers expect recruitment activity to go up over the next six months.
This has been excellent news for Directors Neil Randle and Jason Grandin who started Conceptuality in January 2003 and has lead to them recruiting additional members of staff to cater for a rapid increase in client demand in the last year alone.

Taking up the role of Contracts Director, Spencer is overseeing the growth of the companyís Contract Division further driving forward the strategy of offering a complete solution to both the contract and permanent market.
