West Coast Search Firm Invests In Dillistone Systems filefinder 7

SA Carlson and Associates, the West Coast search firm headed by former Heidrick and Struggles Consultant Sally Carlson, has implemented the FILEFINDER 7 Executive Search Management System from Dillistone Systems.

The California based search firm required a software system that precisely followed the retained search process and was backed up by a support service, which would be available when she needed it.

Ms Carlson stated: ìOur business is extremely busy at the moment, and we were not prepared to allow the implementation of our new database to interfere with our primary work ñ looking after our clients and candidates. We explained this to Dillistone Systems and they agreed to provide out of hours training to our staff to facilitate this ñ they did this through the use of trainers based in the Sydney, Australia office of Dillistone Systems. We consider this to be terrific client service focus!î
