National First Aid firm seeks mature applicants for Birmingham sales team

Medicircle, supplier of first aid products in the UK is about to begin a major recruitment drive

Medicircle, supplier of first aid products in the UK is about to begin a major recruitment drive, which will lead to the creation of at least ten new sales agent positions in Birmingham, with the company bucking national trends and seeking applications from the cityís mature workforce.

The company, which supplies first aid products to industry, is seeking to attract mature applicants as they are simply best suited to the job according to Denise Gilliat, Medicircleís national sales & recruitment manager. Says Denise:

ìOur objective is to find ten excellent sales agents, no matter what their age, but experience as shown that most of our successful sales agents are over 45. We want to let the more mature people know that their age and experience will be valued here.

ìWe are actively seeking mature workers as we find that their vast experiences of dealing with people make them good sales people. Mature workers are also often seeking more flexible hours of work to fit in leisure pursuits and family commitments ñ they basically want to gain control of their own lives again.î

The positions have arisen as a direct result of the growing demand for first aid products in Birmingham as government health and safety legislation places increasing pressure on industry to ensure adequate first aid provision in the workplace.

Denise continues: ìThe long term objective of this recruitment drive is to further establish our brand across the UK and ultimately become the leading first aid supplier. We have spent the past ten years developing an excellent working relationship with our sales agents and have ensured that their package is unrivalled in the industry.î

All sales agent positions are available with immediate effect and anyone who would like the opportunity to apply for any of the new roles on offer at Medicircle can contact Denise Gilliat on the Medicircle Hotline number: (01522) 87 52 51.
