Thales Opts for ActiveRecruiter, an E-recruitment Solution from Jobpartners

Paris - Thales has chosen Jobpartnersí e-recruitment platform, ActiveRecruiter, to streamline its external recruitment process and in-house mobility. ActiveRecruiter has enabled Thales to consolidate different recruiting processes from all business areas and to implement a central staffing resource, as well as share information across the company. The solution also allows for departmental differences in recruitment procedures, and is secure to ensure confidentiality.

Rolling out ActiveRecruiter
Thales began deploying ActiveRecruiter in Summer 2004. On October 4th 2004 the e-recruitment solution was rolled out to 14,000 employees in France. The next step, which is currently in progress, is the deployment of the solution to the entire Thales workforce in France, 32,000 people. The solution may eventually be deployed on an international scale.

How does it work?

* Recruitment professionals access ActiveRecruiter via the internet. From here they are able to post vacancies and manage incoming CVs.

* Vacancies are exported to the Thales corporate website and the in-house job-board.
