Leeds and Newcastle are to be the next two branch locations for one of Yorkshireís most dynamic full service recruitment and HR consultancies.
Apt Human Resourcing, with headquarters in North Yorkshire, is riding on the crest of the wave of growing demand for its services from an increasingly diverse range of clients. It is also seizing the opportunities forecast in the most recent Recruitment and Employer Confederation (REC)/PricewaterhouseCoopers Recruitment Industry Survey. The surveyís prediction for 2004 expected the sectorís turnover to jump by eight per-cent to 26.4 billion.
ìWe have experienced fantastic growth since launching the recruitment and human resourcing consultancy in 2003, quickly establishing clients across the north, working with such diverse firms as Parity Training, Bibby Factors and a host of others.
ìOur reach is now growing throughout Yorkshire, the Midlands and further into the North East, hence the move to open branches in Leeds and Newcastle. At these new locations Apt will offer a full service approach to recruitment with particular strengths in Sales and Marketing and the IT sectors.
ìWe can more than match the service levels and the delivery of larger consultancies based in the major cities, and know we can beat them with a fresh, human attitude to recruitment. Our approach is simple - the client comes first at all times. By listening to their needs throughout the recruitment and consultancy processes we get the right result first time, every time,î said Terry Gayle, Managing Director of Apt Human Resourcing.
Even though it has grown rapidly, Apt is keen to maintain the zest it has injected into recruitment and human resourcing with control of the group being maintained in North Yorkshire.
