MBA WEEK, London 2005

May 16th - 20th 2005

On behalf of the Association of MBAs, we are delighted to invite you to MBA Week, which this year is being held in London from Monday 16th to Friday 20th May. This is one of the highlights of the year for the Association of MBAs.

The theme of the weekís events is ìMBA Innovationsî. An extensive programme of activities and seminars, all open to media representatives, will showcase the MBA and the value it brings to both individuals and employers.

During this week the leading figures in MBA education worldwide will be in London and available for interview or profile. Key events during the week include:

- Accredited MBA Fair (16 May) ñ bigger than ever, with significant participation by leading US business schools.

- Business Schoolsí Marketing & Admissions Forum (17 May) ñ focus on changes in the MBA market, the changing profile of the MBA student and how this impacts on marketing, with presentations from the Associationís Intelligence Unit, Economist Intelligence Unit, and the Graduate Management Admissions Council.

- Annual MBA Conference (18-20 May) ñ highlights include the keynote address by international author and management guru Fons Trompenaars, and the presentation of a landmark three-continent study of gender issues within management education (commissioned by the Association and conducted by J Walter Thompson).

MBA Week Reception & Dinner (18 May) ñ invites media and key stakeholders to MBA Week Reception and Dinner at the Landmark Hotel, Winter Garden (reception starts at 6pm)
