Recruitmax Signs 13 New Enterprise Clients in Strong First Quarter

Adds Aerospace Giant Boeing to its List of Fortune 100 Clients; Wins Codie Nomination; Expands Global Presence

Recruitmax today announced that it has continued its strong growth, signing 13 new enterprise accounts and booking record add-on sales in the first quarter of 2005.

Aerospace giant Boeing joined Recruitmaxís growing client roster in March. Other new customers include Ocwen Financial, Headway Corporate Resources, FirstHealth of the Carolinas, MedCath and Maersk, one of the largest shipping companies in the world. The strong start to the year follows a record-breaking 2004 in which Recruitmax achieved 130 per cent revenue growth and gained significant market share in North America.

We built on our momentum from 2004 and continue to solidify our status as a leading provider of workforce management solutions, said Recruitmax founder and CEO, Derek Mercer. Companies turn to Recruitmax because of our proven ability to provide products and services that will help them build, develop and retain a workforce driven to excellence.

The company also made significant headway internationally including the addition of UK-based engineering and construction giant AMEC plc; human capital management and consulting firm Penna plc; 1stopcareer.com; and IPF, a staffing firm based out of the United Arab Emirates. Recruitmax also welcomed international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, with offices in more than 20 countries worldwide.

In the quarter, Recruitmax also opened an office in Sydney, Australia to support US-based multinational customers and serve rapidly growing local markets in Asia Pacific. Recruitmax also signed agreements with local solution and professional services partners in the US, France, Australia and New Zealand.

New Recruitmax products fared exceptionally well in the quarter. Recruitmax licensed its first new performance management Impact system for tracking and improving employee performance, just weeks after announcing product availability. Recruitmaxís Aloha onboarding product received a coveted Codie nomination and its signature Corporate Edition recruiting application received the top ranking in its category from Workforce Management Magazine. The company was also named a thought leader by the Yankee Group, a research firm that covers HR technology.

During the first quarter 2005, Recruitmax also launched enhanced customer services and announced the purchase of InfoTechWorks, a New Hope, Pa.-based Company that provides compensation and incentive planning and management solutions to more than 80 customers. The acquisition provides another important piece to Recruitmaxís suite of products and services for comprehensive workforce lifecycle management, which has been increasingly in demand, as organisations become more strategic about integrating disparate HR functions such as talent acquisition and development.

In addition to record demand for existing products, weíre beginning to see traction among our customer base for integrating solutions such as onboarding and performance management, said Jim Philip, president of Recruitmax. Weíre thrilled that our products for building the best workforces enable our clients to achieve great success. We know that our customers really are all about their people.
