Monster has teamed with engineering and consultant specialist, Altran Technologies, to support the 2005 Altran Formula One Engineering Academy Competition for students and recent graduates - the winner will receive a six month placement with the Renault F1 team in Enstone, Oxford. Monster has helped Altran develop the competition web site and will manage the entrant application process.
Entrants are asked to develop a six-month plan outlining a project to improve F1 safety, reliability or performance. The award will go to the most innovative project for a technological improvement applicable to Formula One.
