The EU is the most popular place for Britons to emigrate with 42% heading to the continent. However, a recent survey by the Fresh Start Show at ExCeL (13-15 May) discovered almost half of the British public do not know that the Euro is the currency of Spain, Italy, France and Ireland.

Nick Clark, Managing Director of the Fresh Start Show says, ìHaving such a diverse range of countries on our doorstep that do not require special visas or permits gives EU countries a natural advantage over other popular migrant destinations like Australia, Canada and South Africa. However, research into such things as employment opportunities and property prices is still vitally important to make sure youíre making the right decision.î
