Penta launches executive search arm

Penta Consulting, has launched an executive search division ñ Penta Premier. Paul Clark, Managing Director says, ìthis new service is in response to demand from clients looking to recruit IT and Telecommunication professionals at the top end of the market. Itís often the case that someone we have placed will come back to us for their next role or equally they may be responsible for recruiting other senior people.î

Andy Crouch who has worked for Penta for five years and has been specialising in this market over the last 12 months will head up the operation reporting directly to Paul Clark. Andy comments, ìI am in the process of building up the team and Iím actively looking to recruit senior consultants with a search and selection background. Weíve had a very positive reaction from our client base and from the companies we have approached and the business is building up very quickly.î

Penta, which has seen its core business double in the past twelve months, is confident that Penta Premier will provide a high quality seamless service that will identify high level professionals to fit specific business needs and cultural environments.
