Jobpartners, the European leader in solutions for the PRM (People Relationship Management) market, today announced strong growth in its results for the last fiscal year, showing the market’s high demand for solutions with an innovative approach.
As the company begins its third full year of business, Jobpartners had particularly positive results for the fiscal year ending March 31. For the period, the company achieved revenues of 6 million Euros, an increase of 70 percent against the previous fiscal year, a notable progression since the company was founded.
Jobpartners has more than 45 large clients in 41 countries using its solutions, including some of the largest banking, telecommunications and industrial groups in Europe (Socit Gnrale, Xerox, Carphone Warehouse, Rabobank, France Telecom, Nike, Carrefour, etc.). Many additional large accounts were won last year, including Jobpartners ’ first American clients.
A number of existing clients have chosen to expand their collaboration with Jobpartners for new solutions, including management of internal mobility, performance and appraisals management, executive and high-potential management, succession and development plans.
With strong results and major satisfaction from its investors (Partech, Gilde, i-Source, Cisco and Santander Central Hispano), Jobpartners is clearly positioned as the leader in Europe and well-positioned to enter the US market later this year.
In addition to its US expansion plans, the company plans to continue its leadership position in Europe with strong growth by developing its install base with existing clients and winning 20 to 30 new large accounts in the coming fiscal year.
Jobpartners also projects 100 percent growth for next year, encouraged by the major attention in the market focused on issues related to People Relationship Management.
As the leader in qualitative human capital management, the company is expected to announce in the coming months new products that respond to the emerging needs of this market.
Jobpartners has operations in England, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain.
