Petrina is a seasoned professional experienced in negotiating tax aspects of financial services matters, mergers and acquisitions and inward investment. Her appointment as Head of Tax in Maples' Dublin office is a significant hire for the firm.

Petrina joins Maples from a large Irish corporate law firm. Previously, she spent a number of years in London working in the Tax Department of international law firm, Linklaters. Petrina is an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute and has significant experience of working on high profile tax structuring cases, for an international client base.
