.

GreenJobInterview.com, the leader in live virtual interviews, announces the addition of Theo Rokos as Chief Executive Officer. Rokos arrives at GreenJobInterview.com with nearly a decade of executive-level management experience in the financial services and business data industries. He joins the company from The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), where he was Senior Vice President.

ìIím very excited about the opportunity to help take GreenJobInterview.com to the next level,î Rokos said. ìIn less than a year, they have experienced tremendous growth not only in the number of clients, but also in those companiesí adoption and increased usage of live virtual interviews as a best practice within their hiring process. Many large organizations have quickly recognized the time- and cost-saving benefits of conducting face-to-face interviews virtually, and being involved in this innovative trend is something I look forward to optimistically.î

In his new role, Rokos will oversee the daily operations of the firmís sales and product management functions while working closely with his brother Greg, the companyís Founder and President. Theo Rokosí hiring allows Greg Rokos to dedicate more focus on solidifying strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 organizations, talent management companies, and job boards; market segments the company has identified as positive growth opportunities.

ìWeíre pleased to welcome Theo to our team,î Greg Rokos said. ìI didnít have to look too far to find an experienced executive who understands the value of live virtual interviews. Over the years, he has flown thousands of miles to interview and hire hundreds of sales and management candidates. Theo brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven record of successfully managing sales teams of more than 400 employees. Heís a great fit for what we want to accomplish moving forward.î

Prior to RBS, Theo Rokos held leadership positions at Wolters Kluwer and Scantron. He graduated from Colorado State University and earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
