Assess Systems, a software and consulting firm providing selection and people development solutions, is expanding its partnership with Taleo, an on-demand talent management solutions provider. Now with a single log-in, HR and hiring managers can manage all stages of the recruiting and hiring process, including the delivery of assessments to job candidates and reviewing the assessment results immediately on-line to determine a fit with the open position. The Assessment solutions will be provided in the EMEA and APAC through a new partnership between Intuition Global and Assess Systems.

Small and mid-sized business customers using the Taleo Business Editionô products may now deliver and manage assessments for entry-level, industry-specific roles, as well as professional and managerial roles. This integration will make the hiring process more efficient, decrease the time to hire the best candidates, make the selection process more effective, and improve the quality of hire.
