Aston Carter is a well respected UK and international recruitment business, specialising in IT and financial recruitment.

Chris Hartman, President of International Operations, Allegis Group, says.

The acquisition of Aston Carter by Allegis Group is an exciting opportunity for us to expand our international footprint with a suite of services that will complement our current offerings. We truly appreciate all the great work performed by the Osborne Clarke team.

This deal is the latest in a promising run of M&A activity in the recruitment sector. This is the 11th recruitment sector deal our team has advised on in the last 10 months, and further evidence of the trend towards globalisation of the industry.

The Osborne Clarke team advising Allegis in the UK was led by corporate partner Andrew Saul and included recruitment sector head Frances Lewis, recruitment sector partner Kevin Barrow, associate Matthew Bodfield, and solicitors Jake Turcan, Kerry Viner and Claire Bowles.
