Plan rotas by client, site and day, import an Excel rota or repeat shift patterns, assign officers and review unassigned or unconfirmed work. Confirmed shifts are shared through the officer app.
 
Keep SIA licence and vetting records alongside day-to-day operations. Connect scheduling with book-on and book-off attendance, check calls, patrol records and incident reporting. Teams can review the recorded information with timesheets, payroll and invoicing workflows, helping them keep a clear handover between the office, officers and clients.
 
Bookon supports recordkeeping; organisations remain responsible for official checks and competent screening decisions. It is not a screening agency or a claim of SIA or BS 7858 certification.
 
The employer platform costs GBP 2.95 per qualifying worked officer per calendar month. The first partial calendar month is free, with no credit card required. Bookon is the trading name of Bookon Solutions Limited, based in Basildon, England.
