Wilton & Bain has appointed Oliver Bentley as a partner in its interim management business, strengthening its work with consumer and FMCG employers seeking senior leaders for periods of change.
He will focus on C-suite and C-1 appointments across business transformation, technology and digital. The practice will work with large corporates and private equity-backed businesses.
Consumer transformation focus
Bentley most recently worked in value creation and transformation advisory at New Street Consulting Group. His experience spans executive recruitment and work with CEOs and investors, including around mergers and acquisitions.
They need leaders who can make decisions, bring people with them and turn those plans into results.

He said consumer businesses are investing in technology while managing cost pressures and growth plans. He also highlighted the opportunity to draw on expertise across Wilton & Bain’s sectors and functions.
Managing partner James Humphreys said Bentley would collaborate with established partners across consumer, private equity and technology to help clients find interim talent.
