DDS Recruit is a recruiting service and hiring portal built exclusively for dentistry. It serves private, PPO-based practices across the United States, and the groups they grow into, filling associate dentist, in-house specialist (endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry), hygienist, office manager and key team roles, plus C-level searches such as Chief Clinical Officer and COO.

 

Rather than publishing an ad and waiting, DDS Recruit sources actively, including candidates who are not visibly looking or are open to relocating, and screens them against the practice as it actually runs: clinical scope versus what the schedule books, working style next to the owner's, compensation structure against the income the candidate expects. Practices get a defensible shortlist where every person has already been spoken to about that specific practice, not a stack of résumés to sort.

 

The web app at app.ddsrecruit.net carries the rest: a public dental job board, a job application flow with application tracking for candidates, listing management for practices, and guided onboarding for clinics and recruiters.

 

DDS Recruit also runs a recruiter marketplace; recruiters keep ownership of the clients they bring while sharing candidates, events, and a percentage of placement fees across the network.

 

Pricing is a nominal monthly search fee to open and resource an exclusive search, plus a success fee owed only when a placement sticks. Every placement carries a one-year guarantee: If the hire leaves within the first year, DDS Recruit runs the search again at best effort at no additional charge.
