CIPHR, a leading HR software provider today announces it will be providing the specialist litigation firm, Levenes Solicitors, with its leading people management solutions Ciphr People and Ciphr Net.
Levenes Solicitors has used HR software solutions in the past; however previous solutions failed to fully meet the needs of the firm. This meant that some manual processes could not be done away with until a more flexible HR software solution was found.

Using a phased approach over a four month period, CIPHR will introduce its core solution for people management, Ciphr People and its self-service module Ciphr Net to the IT system to help the company manage its employees.
The key driver for the return to HR software was the company’s reporting needs. The introduction of Ciphr People and Cipher Net to the business will provide Levenes Solicitors with a secure and up-to-date database which can email and automate information to the HR team including details such as qualifications held by staff to holiday requests and absence.
