CIPHR helps Owl Housing Limited to Control its HR Data

CIPHR, a HR software provider announced today it will be providing Owl Housing Limited with a number of Ciphr products to support its HR function.

Owl Housing Ltd was set up in 1990 to manage and develop support services for people with learning difficulties who were moving from long stay institutions. The organisation has grown and now provides both residential and community services across West London, Surrey and Berkshire. Owl works in partnership with housing associations, health and local authorities, and has strong links with many community organisations.

Following an appraisal of the incumbent HR system and other options, Owl Housing began its relationship with CIP in autumn 2005. It became clear to the personnel manager, Charlie Beardsley that an alternative solution was required to help him and his team work effectively.

Owl Housing has selected a number of robust Ciphr solutions including Ciphr Recruitment, Ciphr Training and Ciphr People. It plans to install Ciphr Net later in the year once the configuration and set up of Ciphr in the organisation has been completed.
