It's official: FiveTen Group have the best marketing team in the recruitment industry. That was the verdict of the panel of 28 recruitment, resourcing and business experts at the Recruiter Awards last night, where FiveTen Marketing was named Best Recruitment Agency Marketing Team 2013.
At a lavish ceremony held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on London's Park Lane, the biggest ever Recruiter Awards in 23 years (is the recession over?), with over 1200 guests in London’s biggest ballroom, crowned FiveTen as marketing giants, beating off competition from Antal International, Cititec, Oasis HR, Pertemps, Phaidon International and Your World Healthcare to claim the prize. The team was also instrumental in pulling together the work which shortlisted Greythorn for Best Employer Branding. Needless to say, the celebrations went on long into the morning!
This award represents just recognition for the team's hard work over the last 12 months – a year which has included the Group's multi-lingual (German, Russian, English, Portuguese) and global, suite of salary surveys, multiple website launches in multi-languages, astounding SEO results and massively increased web traffic (+23%), unprecedented PR visibility (with over 1,500 media hits per annum), the greatest number of client events we've ever hosted, entertaining several thousand key targets globally from Sao Paulo to Moscow, Almaty to Manchester, the launch of a new intranet, the largest and most creative volume of design work they’ve ever produced…the list goes on. The judges were particularly impressed with the team pulling off the challenge of uniting the complex businesses and functions within the Group, along with creating an agency-style culture to attract top marketing and design talent.
