Andy Haynes has been appointed as Associate Director for the IT Division of SEC Recruitment, a specialist resourcing group that includes divisions focused on both the Pharmaceutical and IT sectors throughout the UK and Europe.
Andy brings with him a wealth of experience with over 8 years in the recruitment industry, specialising in two very distinct sectors - IT and Animal Health. His recruitment career began in 1998 in the IT market when he joined MSB International as a Senior Consultant, followed by other commercial experience before returning to recruitment when he joined Rigvets as a Senior Consultant. A Sales Management role, then appointment to Managing Director followed at Rigvets before Andy made the move to join SEC in late October 2012.
This is a new role for SEC and Andy’s remit is to further develop the division which currently focuses primarily on recruitment and talent acquisition services to European blue-chip ERP/CRM, and business intelligence organisations, from start-ups to FTSE 100 companies.
