Midmark Corporation was recognized as a CandEs winner after completing a three round selection process.

The Candidate Experience Awards (known as “The CandEs”) consists of three survey rounds that are designed to evaluate and recognize organizations that produce outstanding candidate experiences. Round one is comprised of a multi-dimensional survey designed to capture and evaluate the nominated company's recruitment processes and practices impacting the candidate experience. Round two included an extensive candidate survey, and the final round was completed by a panel of judges. Overall, 90 companies applied to the award, and more than 17,500 candidate surveys were completed. Other 2012 winners included AT&T, Capital One, Deloitte, Mayo Clinic and PepsiCo.
