To expedite integration and knowledge transfer and to expand customer service, support and implementation efforts, key Peoplefluent technology and customer-facing employees will transfer immediately to the California location. Eugene Lee will remain as Chief Executive Officer of Socialtext, reporting to Mr. Jones.
