Team Capital (www.teamcapitalgroup.com) today announced it has appointed Thierry Potok to its board of directors. An experienced Chief Executive and with more than three decades of experience, Potok will serve as Non-Executive Director. His appointment is effective February 20, 2012.

Potok has acted as Chair and Chief Executive Officer for a range of companies including Vivendi Deutschland (t/o €1.5bn.), Dorsch Consult (largest German infrastructure engineering consultancy), and ZAPF GmbH (t/o €300m). He has a background of successfully restructuring companies in international markets and sits on the supervisory boards of two companies and the advisory board of a third one. He is also a trustee of the Vivendi Pension Scheme (UK based).
Potok holds an MBA from Stanford, two engineering degrees from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, and speaks fluent English, French, German and Italian.
