PRINCE2 is the defacto standard in the UK for best practice in project management and has been incorporated into the management structures of organisations across the board. First developed in 1989 the PRINCE2 training programme covers the management, control and organisation of a project offering any type of organisation a structured and efficient strategy for dealing with any kind of project. PRINCE 2 describes procedures to coordinate people and activities in a project, how to design and supervise the project, and what to do if the project has to be adjusted if it doesnít develop as planned.
SPOCE, who were the first company to provide accredited training courses of this kind, have seen a surge in demand for its range of project, programme and risk management training.
Their portfolio of clients range from central government and local councils to, high street financiers, manufacturers and retailing giants in the UK and across the globe.

ìWith such a great start to the year we are now looking forward to making 2009 the best ever year for SPOCE and hope to continue to grow and expand our project management training network.î
