JobServe Expands Reach by Joining the Jobg8 Network

To provide customers with an even wider range of highly targeted candidates, JobServe has become a member of the Jobg8 network. This move has already demonstrated an increase in targeted and qualified candidates delivered to JobServe's clients.

Darren Wright, JobServe's Sales Manager said Since joining the Jobg8 network and distributing our customers' jobs out to these partner sites, our qualified applicant numbers have increased by over 20% per month and we now have the equivalent reach of the major Australian job boards.

The Australian Jobg8 network currently contains 50 members and collectively, it is estimated that the unique visitors to the members' sites reach approximately 2.5 million browsers a month, with the number growing as the network expands.

He added The benefit JobServe have gained in joining the network is the ability to target a wider candidate base by cross posting job adverts to over 50 specialist sites servicing Australia. In doing this we have tapped into both an active and passive Australian candidates.

Wright continued, We recognise that candidates search multiple sites when looking for a job and fortunately, the Jobg8 network provides us with multiple channels to achieve a much wider reach into the Australian job seeker base.

The Jobg8 network is diverse and consists of Job Boards, Aggregators, Affiliates, Associations, Social Networks and a variety of other Specialised Sites.

Jobs that are posted on JobServe.com.au are sent to the Jobg8 Australian network and are cross-posted to a host of other web sites which are seen by millions of Australian visitors. Some of the sites receiving JobServe's content include JobsJobsJobs, JobX, LinkMe, Expat Engineer Group, Byron and Capital Jobs.

Advertisers who have a requirement for specialist international candidates can also select to have their jobs distributed to a range of international sites to further extend their reach.
