Enwisen to Sponsor HCI's 'HR Service Delivery and Shared Services' Education and Research Track

Complimentary www.hci.org Webcast to Air Thursday, April 2 at Noon ET

The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a global professional association and think tank that is advancing the science of strategic talent management, and Enwisen, the leader in Software-as-a-Service based HR Service Delivery solutions, announced today that Enwisen will sponsor HCI's HR Service Delivery and Shared Services online education and research track.

HR Service Delivery and Shared Services is among several topics addressed in HCI's Talent Strategy community of interest, an online community within HCI's comprehensive strategic talent management education, collaboration and resource website, www.hci.org. The organization and its more than 140,000 global members consider the topic critical for organizations working to leverage human capital.

The HR Service Delivery and Shared Services track examines ideas, solutions, best practices and key performance indicators for organizations striving to improve the way they provide HR services to the workforce à yet with fewer people and at a lower cost. By exploring innovative new multi-tier models for HR service delivery à including technologies such as interactive portals, personalized and searchable HR knowledgebases, onboarding orchestration, HR shared services tools and more à the track will help HR leadership streamline and reduce the cost of HR service delivery while creating a loyal, engaged workforce. New approaches also support HR Transformation by freeing HR professionals to perform more strategically, closer to the organization's business units.

As part of its sponsorship, Enwisen also will present the first in a series of complimentary track webcasts, HR Shared Services: Best Practices, Business Model and Technology, with guest speaker Jim Scully, founder of the HR Shared Services Institute, on Thursday, April 2 from Noon to 1 p.m. ET at www.hci.org. The webcast will feature discussions of the ways HR can save money and maximize efficiency without sacrificing quality. Through the use of new approaches to HR Service delivery including shared services, employers have transformed HR and engaged employees, while simultaneously lowering their annual HR cost-per-employee by an average of 20 to 40 percent, said Barbara Levin, Enwisen's senior vice president of Marketing and Customer Community. We're very excited about the industry experts who will speak on track events to share their ideas and experiences with talent professionals who are challenged, in todayÇs economy, to truly do 'more with less.'

Enwisen previously sponsored HCI's Next Generation Workforce Communication education and research track, which it co-launched with HCI in January 2008.

HCI is pleased to be continuing our partnership with Enwisen on this new track, said Christine Abbatiello, Director of HCI's online Talent Strategy community of interest. HR Service Delivery and Shared Services is a timely topic that will engage HCI's membership, which includes talent management professionals from organizations worldwide.
